We are the oldest women'smorris team in Nor. America,we dance in & around NYC+ where we're asked.
Morris dancing is a form of English folk dance, usually performed in a group with live music. Traditions vary by region and side (team), often with bells, sticks, or handkerchiefs.
We perform at community events and seasonal celebrations in and around New York City. Check our Events page for the latest schedule.
Often yes — it depends on date, location, and what you have in mind. Please reach out through our Contact page with the date, neighborhood, and a short description of the event.
No experience is required. We welcome newcomers and will teach the basics in practice. If you are curious, contact us and come meet the side.
We dance with live musicians—it’s part of the tradition. The setup depends on the event and space.
Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers or practice shoes you can move in. We will explain any kit (bells, etc.) as you get involved.
